Sabrina is an Architect (CA) and Project Director with over 25 years of experience in planning, design, construction, project management and overall development management. She possesses outstanding stakeholder management skills and brings with her a wealth of experience within the residential, commercial, education, civic, and health sectors of the building industry.
Sabrina is accustomed to managing project budgets up to $500 million and leading multidisciplinary teams of up to 50 people. She managed 23 consultancies during the design phase for the $135 million Westmead Millenium Institute which won a Sulman Award for Public Architecture. For 5 years, Sabrina was the client-side Senior Development Manager for the Green Square Town Centre community buildings and infrastructure projects worth over $540 million. The Green Square Town Centre won the 2016 Australian Urban Design Award for large scale program. The Green Square Library has won several prestigious design awards and the Green Square Town Centre received a Six Star Green Star Communities Rating from the Green Building Council of Australia under Sabrina’s direction.
For seven years, Sabrina was involved with hospital redevelopment projects for the state government. Sabrina was the Founder of EcoDesign International and has a special interest in developing all building projects, precincts, and town centres to be environmentally sustainable and designed with optimal occupant wellness in mind.
Sabrina enjoys all phases of planning, design and implementation and can provide comprehensive project management services including site selection, feasibility studies, master planning, concept design, schematic design, DA submissions, architecture and engineering services procurement, contractor engagement and contract management to the end of construction.
